Cancellation Policy

~ A deposit will be held when booking appointments and will be refunded when you show up for your service. ~ Even if you have been Vaccinated MASK are still REQUIRED! and to be worn during service! (Except Facials) ~ To cancel or reschedule your appointment please provide 24hr. notice to avoid cancellation fee. ~ NO KIDS are allowed ! ~ If you are sick and not feeling well please contact me to cancel/ reschedule your appointment. ~ No Call No shows can No longer book future appointments online! ~ Please follow instructions on the phone check-in area, onced you are buzzed in please have a seat in the waiting area until you are picked up for your appointment. ~ Additional parking provided across at bank parking lot. ~Thank you for following spa policys.
